You are able to access and edit the Loyalty App Management functions on the MYPOS Connect Portal if you have the 'Loyalty/AppManagment' role enabled for you portal account.

When we onboard a customer with a MYPOS Connect Loyalty App we will give LoyaltyAppManagement access to the 'master' user

Once the Loyalty App is live extra users can be given access to 'Loyalty App Management' in the MYPOS Portal.
