To see any home marketing messages or the rewards screen you need to have signed up
 

the information required to sign up can be customised to suit you, email and first and last name is the absolute minimum, more such as company name and address etc is possible

 

Targetting rules are then used for each customer to show them images or not

 

These three rules are broadly similar:

  1. Customers who have bought something between [StartDate] and [EndDate]
  2. Customers who have bought [Product] between [StartDate] and [EndDate]
  3. Customers who have bought something in [Class] between [StartDate] and [EndDate]

 

You would show an image of something because they bought something. Examples might be :

Show them at Christmas the Christmas marketing because they bought Christmas items before

Show them a Cake because they bought a Hot Drink before

 

As are these rules

  1. Customers who have NOT bought something between [StartDate] and [EndDate]
  2. Customers who have NOT bought [Product] between [StartDate] and [EndDate]
  3. Customers who have NOT bought something in [Class] between [StartDate] and [EndDate]

 

You would show an image of something because they had not bought something. Examples might be :

Show the a free hot drink image coupon because they had never bought one. As soon as they get their free hot drink the reward goes away.

Show them Christmas items because they have never bought any Christmas items.

 

These rules are more targeted

  1. Customers whose email address contains [TextMatch]
  2. Customers who have a birthday within [Number] days of current day
  3. Customers who have a birthday between [StartDate] and [EndDate]

 

The email address can be used for:

Test items before launching on the public by using your own email address, it only shows to you on the app.

Marketing towards particular companies, e.g. anyone with domain name myposconnect.com gets free cake

 

Birthdays depends on if customers put them in. If they are blank then that customer is ignored. You can target for example:

Anyone who has birthday this week show something

Anyone who has a birthday in month x tell them about something
