The Stock Transfer function allows users to transfer stock between stores, including warehouses and distribution centres. 

 

 

How to Navigate to Stock Transfers 

1. Log in to the MYPOS Connect portal at https://portal.myposconnect.com using your email address and password. 

2. Once logged in, navigate to Inventory Mgmt, then click on Stock Transfers. 

Using Stock Transfers 

After selecting Stock Transfers, you will see the screen below. 

To initiate a stock transfer: 

1. Select the From Store (the store you’re transferring stock out of) and the To Store (the store you’re transferring stock into). 

2. Click Add Products to Transfer to open the product selection pop-up. 

Adding Products and Quantities 

1. In the pop-up, select the products you wish to transfer. 

2. After selecting the products, specify the Quantity for each product on the next screen. 

Completing the Transfer 

Once the products and quantities have been added, the stock levels in the respective stores will automatically update to reflect the transfer. A record of the transfer will also be displayed on the screen for reference.
