Basic Xero Integration 

 

The Xero integration enables seamless synchronisation between MYPOS Connect and your Xero accounting system. It supports a range of financial functions, streamlines invoicing, and ensures accurate data flow for customer records and transactions. Designed to reduce manual entry and improve accounting accuracy, this integration is easy to configure and suitable for businesses of all sizes.

 

  • Ability to map various functions to the chart of accounts in Xero. Examples include:
    • PaymentsCash
    • SalesNet
    • SalesTax
    • PaymentsAccounts
    • PaymentsGiftCard
  • See an example below of the mapping:

 

  • Sales Invoice Account button available on the till to create a draft invoice in Xero.
  • Customer creation flow from MYPOS Connect to Xero, either entered via the till or the portal.
  • Clients can add their Xero details through the 3rd Party Account Integration and sync data between the systems.

 

We can support a wide range of custom functionality, provided it is supported by Xero’s API.
