The Shopify integration allows MYPOS Connect to seamlessly connect with your online store, enabling real-time synchronisation of products, stock levels, customer data, and sales. Whether MYPOS or Shopify is set as the master system, the integration ensures consistency across platforms and simplifies multi-channel retail operations. Designed to reduce duplication and manual effort, this integration helps keep your e-commerce and in-store systems perfectly aligned.
To ensure consistent and accurate data flow, a master system must be selected. This can be either MYPOS Connect or Shopify.

Customer Data Synchronisation

Customer information is mirrored between both systems. Customers are matched using their email address.
Stock Synchronisation

Stock levels synchronise in both directions between MYPOS Connect and Shopify in real time.
Sales Synchronisation

Sales from Shopify are recorded in MYPOS Connect as a dedicated store.

All transactions are captured and can be reported on using standard MYPOS Connect reporting tools.
