Downtime is required from time-to-time for regular maintenance of the technology that supports our software products. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to perform scheduled downtime outside your normal business hours, however as MYPOS Connect is in constant use 24 * 7 * 365 this is not always possible. Where possible we will provide at least thirty (30) days advance notice for any scheduled maintenance time.
