The MYPOS Portal is our cloud reporting and back office SAAS (Software as a Service) , you can use the MYPOS portal to monitor and report on sales from your MYPOS system in Realtime and using the "Back Office" Functionality you can edit, update and manage your inventory, customers, products and more, the MYPOS Portal can be accessed from any internet connected device at https://portal.myposconnect.com

Access to MYPOS Portal functionality can be controlled on a user by user and customer by customer basis so some of the "How to Guides" contained within this section of the knowledge base may contain information on functionality that you have not been granted access to use by your business approver, if you are missing a function that you think should be available to you contact [email protected] and our support team will be able to assist you.
