What is a "Cycle Count" 
Cycle Count is the inventory app function that allows you to continuously count small amounts of stock while making sure that everything eventually gets counted over a determined period of time

A Cycle count will typically occur every day. For example, if a company has 1,500 SKUs that need to be counted over the course of six weeks, it can tally its entire inventory by counting the items associated with roughly four or five SKUs per day
 

Cycle Count Settings
A Cycle Count needs some additional configuration before you can begin, if you are interested in Cycle counting please contact us and the support team will be able to assist with getting this setup for you.
 

Each product needs to be allocated a letter and the count frequency of the letter needs to be determined
A         Fast movers, count once every X days
B         Everything else, count once every XX days
C         Slow movers, count once every XXX days
Y         Problem item, count every cycle count
Z (and blank)        Do not include in cycle counts at all
