Logging in to MYPOS8

When MYPOS8 has loaded it will display the "Login" screen , you will have been issued with either a usercode, a usercode and passcode or a Plastic Barcode Card, each user will have their own usercode, this is to ensure that use of the till is recorded against the correct user, you should not share usercodes or passcodes with other users.

Logging in with a Usercode only

If you have been issued with only a Usercode, enter the usercode into the login screen via the onscreen keypad in the bottom right hand corner of MYPOS, press the "enter" button and you will be logged in to MYPOS8.

Logging in with a Usercode and Passcode

If you have been issued with a Usercode and Passcode enter the usercode into the login screen via the onscreen keypad in the bottom right hand corner of MYPOS, press the "enter" button , then enter the passcode into the login screen via the onscreen keypad and press the "enter" button again, you will be logged into MYPOS8.

Logging in with a Plastic Barcode Card

If you have been issued with a Plastic Barcode card, scan the barcode printed on the card using the tills barcode scanner, you will be logged into MYPOS
