before we can board you as a client we need to ensure we have the correct company or individual data setup in your MYPOS database.

 

The Company Name in MYPOS must match the company name on Companies House or the individual if a Sole Trader
 

The Company Registration Number has to be correct to match Companies House and without any spaces


The Company Tax Number has to be correct to match against HMRC and without any spaces
 

Phone Numbers have to be in the international format, for example +44 1903 123456


Addresses must be correct including postcodes and match the store and registered addresses

As part of the Pre Onboard process we will ask you to confirm this data is correct
