Transactions

The Transactions Screen is provided by Adyen, MYPOS have no control over this screen and cannot change it. Adyen are continually improving the transactions screen .
 

Transactions appear on this page anywhere from seconds to a couple of minutes after the actual transaction took place.
 

You will see two figures for a payment, the first is the amount yourself as the end customer will receive after your per transaction fees and the second is a reference of the fees for Merchant bank fees, Scheme fees and Interchange fees. For most transactions this is real time, for some cards such as American Express or more obscure cards this might be shown later or taken on month end instead. Rounding means some payments, such as less than £1, might not attract all fees.

If you click on a transaction you can see more detail and if there is an issue place an enquiry. See example screen attached 

If you scroll further down past all the transactions you will see an option to download MYPOS data based on the date selection.
