The Count to Adjust function enables users to perform stock counts directly from the Store Assist app. These counts are linked to open Stock Counts within the MYPOS Connect Portal (if any counts are open) and contribute to updating stock levels once reconciled.
All stock counts are managed in the portal under:
Inventory Mgmt > Stock Counts

When a stock count is open in the portal, any counts completed via the app will automatically contribute to that open count.
There are useful reports available for reviewing before reconciling the count. More detailed information about the Stock Count feature can be found here: Stock Counts - MYPOS Connect.
This function works best when used with a handheld device equipped with a built-in scanner.
Note: Counts cannot be reconciled directly from the app. Reconciliation must be completed in the portal as an additional verification step.
